Lunch and Learn: Professional Practices in the Arts

Wednesday, March 18, Noon – 1:00 p.m.

Michael Lachowski will share tips on promotion for the artist, including utilizing social media and building an online portfolio, drawing from his experience as a musician, artist and public relations coordinator at the Georgia Museum of Art.

Bring your own lunch and come with questions. Members are free (RSVP to and nonmembers are $15, with proceeds benefitting both AAAC and the Lyndon House Arts Center.

Mark your calendars for the future lunch date: April 15. Marilyn Wolf-Regatz, Chair of the Athens Cultural Affairs Commission and arts educator will discuss creating successful proposals to secure public art grants.
